You'll be automatically enrolled in our comprehensive 12-month program, structured across three key phases: clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development. Each phase is thoughtfully designed to guide your growth, strengthen your skills, and build confidence in delivering patient care.
Flexible, self-paced learning through engaging modules and knowledge checks
Dedicated one-on-one support from a trained preceptor to help you build clinical skills and transition to managing your own patient assignments
Exposure to key topics such as patient safety, communication, healthcare business, and change management
Completion of a Capstone project focused on evidence-based practice, with guidance and support every step of the way

Degree from an accredited nursing school
RN Licensure
3 12- hour shifts every other weekend
