Job Description Physical Therapist
A great healthcare facility located near Palm Desert, California, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its Home Health team.
Offering $63.00 - $66.00/hour + up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Physical Therapist Opportunity:
Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Setting: Home Health

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
Guide patients through exercises to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance.
Assess the patients' living space to identify fall hazards and provide specific, actionable recommendations to improve safety and accessibility.
Teach patients and their families how to execute daily exercises safely and manage chronic conditions.
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
Must have an active BLS certification or be able to obtain one upon hire
Must have a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Must have an Active California License to practice Physical Therapy
Must have at least a year of experience as a Physical Therapist
