The Welder role is responsible for operating cranes, welding product, and maintaining welding tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner to achieve the quality and production standards of the company. Layout, position, align and fit components into welding fixture as instructed.
Set-up gas-shield, mig-weld and weld parts to job specifications.
Read, interpret and understand blueprints and welding symbols to complete job assignments.
Complete basic maintenance on welding equipment.
Adhere to all safety, health and environmental procedures, policies and practices.
You're creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization with ease. You're agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we always deliver top-notch customer experiences. Minimum of 1+ years' experience in heavy duty machining/manufacturing environment, preferred but not required.
Demonstrated skill level of wire feed (MIG) welding.
Ability to layout parts using weld fixtures.
