Description: Seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for Home Health. The position requires Home Health experience, although all PTA experience will be considered. Shift availability is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. An attendance policy is in place; if more than two shifts are missed without reasonable explanation, the contract may be reviewed for cancellation. Recent experience with EPIC is preferred but not required. Compliance documents must be submitted prior to the start date.
