About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a RN , you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and providing emotional support and companionship. Your expertise and dedication will help ensure the overall health, well-being, and satisfaction of our residents.
Responsibilities Provide direct patient care services, including administering medications, performing wound care, and providing emotional support and companionship
Develop, implement, and maintain effective care plans for each resident
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve excellent patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service and a high level of professionalism in all interactions with residents, families, and colleagues
