Responsibilities Implement the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on your scope of practice.
Communicate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members regarding patient health status.
Provide care ranging from tracheostomy and ventilator management to feeding tube care, wound care, and seizure management.
Qualifications Valid Minnesota LPN license.
Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English.
Education and experience in the scope of services offered by the agency.
BLS CPR certification renewed at recommended frequencies.
Physical ability to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50 lbs.
