Sonographer (Full Time - Ultrasound
Proforma Health
We are seeking a qualified Ultrasound Technologist to perform and evaluate sonographic examinations, obtain patient history, and provide technical interpretations to assist physicians in diagnosis.
Responsibilities
Conducting sonographic procedures across various modalities, including Abdomen, OB/Gyn, Breast, and Vascular.
Assessing patient conditions through clinical history and physical evaluation to determine appropriate testing protocols.
Providing accurate data interpretation to support medical diagnoses.
Maintaining compliance with certification and training requirements.
Ensuring quality and safety standards are met in imaging procedures.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Sonography Program or certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.
Within 30 days: BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Experience in Ultrasound coursework in Abdomen, OB/Gyn, with preferred experience in Breast and Vascular imaging.
Skills & Attributes
