Full Time Physiatrist Needed

We are currently looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team. This position would be responsible for providing skilled physical therapy care to homecare patients in South Orange, West Orange and Newark as needed.

Assesses and evaluates client for physical therapy needs and develops and implements appropriate plan of action in collaboration with the physician

Documents all changes in client’s condition and updates care plans and outcomes accordingly

Monitors quality and appropriateness of services provided

Adheres to agency infection control and safety policies

Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance

Qualities

Physical Therapy Licensure in NJ required

2-3 years of prior clinical experience and community based experience preferred

Strong computer skills

Working indoors/outdoors, driving, lifting, sitting, standing, walking, fine motor hand movement, use of phone and tablet for documentation
