Planning and Estimator

is seeking an Estimator to join their team!

Projects primarily located in a major metropolitan market and surrounding suburbs

Strong backlog of multifamily and office-to-residential conversion projects ($20M-$60M range)

Offers a balance of large-project exposure within a mid-sized, team-focused organization

The Estimator - Multifamily - D.Preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Analyzing project specifications, blueprints, and other documents to determine project scope and requirements.

Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate budgeting and project planning.

Sourcing and evaluating bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.

Maintaining and updating cost databases to ensure accurate and current pricing information.

Assisting in identifying potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.

Monitoring ongoing projects to ensure adherence to the approved budget and address any discrepancies.

The Estimator - Multifamily - D.5+ years in commercial construction estimating or preconstruction.

Multifamily project experience preferred.

Familiarity with local jurisdictions, codes and review processes a plus.
