In this role you will:
Administer medications and treatments per physician's orders
Complete assessments and document accurately in the medical record
Monitor residents for changes in condition and notify providers/families as needed
Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality resident care
Respond to emergencies and urgent situations calmly and efficiently
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Shift Details:
Full-Time: 1st or 3rd Shift
Part-Time: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift
Who you are:
Current RN license in good standing in Indiana
Long-term care experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassion for serving older adults
