Custodian Lead

Work Schedule: Full-Time, Early Morning, Afternoon, & Evening Shifts, 4:00am - 12:30pm, 7:30am - 3:00pm, 10:00am - 6:30pm

Tessera is seeking a HARD WORKING and MOTIVATED Custodian Lead with a positive/helpful attitude.

Back up custodial staff with custodial job duties

Monitor employees to ensure efficient use of time, performance and understanding of work tasks

Monitor employee interactions and conduct, documenting misconduct on designated Skookum forms

Assist manager with customer service to meet customer demands

Assist manager with supply and equipment inventory of locker and storage areas

Assist manager with managing schedules as needed, including but not limited to call-outs, vacation, or sick leave requests

Assist manager with ensuring orientation and on the job training are completed on all new employees/re-hired employees

Assist manager with evaluating employee performance for probationary and annual reviews

schedules, training, attendance, evaluations, various employee documentations, correct time keeping, accident reports

Assist manager with the issue, turn in & securing of all government and Skookum keys/vehicles/phones. Participate with rehabilitation staff in the development and monitoring of individual evaluations, assessments and or training programs

High School Diploma/GED required

0 - 3 years of previous custodian or janitorial experience preferred
