WAREHOUSE INVENTORY PERSON

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Coordinator to support daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations in a fast-paced multi-client distribution environment. This role serves as a key communication link between Operations, Client Services, warehouse associates, and transportation partners to ensure accurate and timely shipment coordination.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-moving environment, possess strong administrative and computer skills, and demonstrate a customer-focused mindset.

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments based on customer demands, operational priorities, and client SLAs
Manage the movement of materials in and out of the warehouse
Perform routine warehouse administrative and data entry tasks with speed and accuracy
Enter shipment and inventory information into SAP and other systems of record
Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, warehouse associates, and leadership teams
Support warehouse processes and workplace standards in accordance with ISO-9001 Quality Certification requirements
Maintain organization and accuracy in a high-volume warehouse environment
Previous warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving coordination experience preferred
Experience working in a multi-client distribution or warehouse environment is a plus
Strong computer and data entry skills required
SAP or WMS experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Warehouse, dock, and office environment
Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions
Moderate to loud noise levels within warehouse operations
