- Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes to healthcare staff
- Collaborating with healthcare staff to develop and implement care plans
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care facility
- Collaborative Environment: Work with a team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for healthcare
