Systems Engineering Tech I

Command Post Technologies Inc. is seeking a DoD SECRET cleared Systems Engineer with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience to join our team supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) on the MK 160 Gun Computer System and Naval Fires Control Systems. The position is fully funded and in the second year of a five-year contract.

The Systems Engineer will work directly with the client analyzing complex and unique technical support assignments. Provide input/support in the requirements validation operational conceptualization and developmental testing
Work within Model Based Systems Engineering principalsusing the Cameo Systems Modeler tool
This position supports integration testing and the verification and validation of software releases
Integrate with other engineers to find optimal software solutions
A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering scientific or technical discipline
Possesses a robust knowledge of Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) methodology
Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
