Breakfast Cook - The Lodge At JetBlue

The Lodge at JetBlue is seeking a reliable and energetic Breakfast Cook to join our team.

Position Requirements:

Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to established recipes and standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment

Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet company expectations

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team

Qualifications:

Previous breakfast cooking experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Schedule Requirements:

Must be available to work early mornings

Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Flexible scheduling availability is preferred

What are we looking for?

• 2-3 years previous culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment
• Active Food handler's certification or the ability to get it
• Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts
• Requires strong organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• At least 21 years of age
• Have a desire to exceed expectations
• An energetic personality
