Utility bill in the traveler's name with a matching address within the last three months is required. The address must be greater than 75 miles from the contracted facility. The candidate must have experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry. Floating to other areas may be required to meet facility needs. Candidates must agree to float to other facilities as needed, up to 75 miles. Local candidates, defined as those within 75 miles, are not eligible to apply. RTO with holidays or more than 5 days will not be accepted. All candidates must have a minimum of one year of separation from previous employment with any healthcare provider to be eligible for submission.
