As a financial professional, you'll work with individuals, families, and business owners to help protect what matters most. This flexible opportunity combines remote work with in-person collaboration, training, and client meetings, giving you the flexibility to build your business where you're most effective. You'll begin by earning your Life & Health Insurance license while learning the client-centered planning process and developing the skills needed to confidently serve clients.

No two careers in financial services look exactly alike. Some professionals build exceptional businesses centered on insurance and protection planning. This is primarily a commission-based opportunity. As you establish a client base, you'll earn commissions based on the relationships you build while benefiting from our business financing program and enhanced commission opportunities designed to support newer financial professionals.

Most importantly, you'll own your book of business—creating long-term value as client relationships and income grow over time.

Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 Commission Driven

Qualifications

No previous financial services experience required.

Ability to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license.

Coachable with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with an enterprising mindset and strong work ethic.

Sales, business development, customer service, hospitality, or military experience is a plus, but not required.
