Role Description

We are looking for an additional full-time Advanced Practice Provider (FNP or PA) to join our small office. This role is on-site and ready to start ASAP (pending credentialing).

Let’s be honest: Primary Care is challenging. We all work a lot, we see a high volume of patients (25+ per day), and daily flexibility can be limited because so many people depend on us. Daily Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive, compassionate primary care to a diverse outpatient family practice population.

Conduct physical exams, perform patient assessments, and diagnose/manage acute and chronic conditions.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests utilizing our convenient in-house laboratory.

Prescribe medications and formulate evidence-based treatment plans.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EHR system.

Provide meaningful patient education and support preventive health initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Licensure: Current certification and licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Tennessee (or eligible to obtain).

Experience Level: Open to all experience levels! Whether you are looking to start your career, have a couple of years of experience, or are a seasoned professional, we want to hear from you.

Clinical Skills: Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills in an outpatient primary care setting.

Soft Skills: A genuine love for patients, excellent communication skills, and a desire to contribute to a kind, supportive team culture.

Certifications: Current BLS certification.
