Performing thorough patient assessments, arranging diagnostic evaluations, and creating tailored care strategies

Diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in collaboration with physicians or independently (per your credentials)

Providing education to patients and families on preventive care, wellness, and managing various health conditions

Engaging in patient follow-ups and overseeing chronic care management

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, holistic care

Maintaining accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

MSN (Master of Science in Nursing) or DNP (Doctor of Nursing Practice)

Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Florida

National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent

Strong communication abilities with patients, families, and healthcare staff

Comfort with EMR systems and proficiency in telehealth services

Flexible full-time scheduling or alternative hours

Diverse patient demographics across all ages and health conditions
