Job Summary:

Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) in Nashville, Tennessee. This position involves reading telemetry strips and monitoring patients in a hospital setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA), Valid Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the AHA, Cognitive CPI (or MAB) certification, and NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certification. No experience requirement.

Additional Information: Floating within the scope of practice may be required. A charge or preceptor nurse may be needed, and this will be reflected on the health care professional's timesheet. Compliance clearance must be obtained 10 days prior to orientation. The organization can cancel one shift every four weeks during the contract. Candidates will be tested on arrhythmia readings and heparin distribution prior to orientation; failure to pass may result in contract cancellation. After three call outs, the contract will be terminated.
