Dialysis Travel Nurse

Vetted is seeking a RN - Dialysis for a travel job in Salisbury, North Carolina .

This contract pays approximately $10,934/month gross.

Document care delivered, patient response, and communications in the medical record.

Work 48 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.

Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care with clinical and administrative teams.

Perform medication reconciliation activities as directed and communicate discrepancies.
