Lab Tech Sampler (Temp)

Our client, a leader in food safety and microbiological testing, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the Microbiology Department supporting food safety and quality assurance initiatives. Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Carry out approved microbiological techniques and methodologies in a laboratory setting

Prepare samples and perform analytical and microbial testing of food products, ingredients, and environmental samples

Document sample preparation, quality control, and analytical activities meticulously

Read testing results accurately and report findings in compliance with standards

BS in Microbiology or a related Life Science field

• Knowledge of aseptic technique and microbiological testing
• 1+ years of laboratory experience in a food testing environment is desirable but not required
• Opportunity to work in a dog-friendly, collaborative environment

On-site work at a reputable headquarters in downtown St. Potential for professional growth through training and skill development

Work schedule Monday through Friday with possible weekend work based on business needs
