Systems Engineering with HVAC

Perform systems engineering functions, including defining and documenting concept of operations, operational/system requirements, and use cases to support system development.
Perform high-level system design, specify system/component performance and interface requirements.
Develop installation, integration, and acceptance test plans.
Coordinate with customers, project teams, and related organizations to ensure solutions satisfy the requirements.
Bachelor's degree in engineering and no experience
Experience: May substitute a degree in a relevant technical field (for example, computer science, mathematics, or physics), entry is with a Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of relevant experience.
Relevant experience must be in engineering systems over their lifecycle (for example, conception, design & development, testing, production, distribution/deployment, operation, maintenance & support, decommissioning)
a) statics or dynamics, (b) strength of materials/stress-strain relationships, (c) fluid mechanics, hydraulics, (d) thermodynamics, (e) electromagnetic fields, (f) nature and properties of materials/relating particle and aggregate structure to properties, (g) solid state electronics, (h) microprocessor applications, (i) computer systems, (j) signal processing, (k) digital design, (l) systems and control theory, (m) circuits or generalized circuits, (n) communication systems, (o) power systems, (p) computer networks, (q) software development, (r) any other comparable area of fundamental engineering science or physics, such as optics, heat transfer, or soil mechanics.

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $70,265 - $168,390 (annualized USD). This position is contingent upon contract award and government funding.
