Press Operator (1st Shift)

Pay: $17.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable Press Operator to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity in a smaller warehouse environment, ideal for candidates with previous press operation experience or a strong machining background. If you're mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and enjoy hands-on work, we'd like to hear from you.

Machine setup, operation, and changeovers.

Load raw materials into the press and remove finished products.

Monitor machine performance and notify the operator or supervisor of any issues.

Inspect parts for quality and ensure products meet specifications.

Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and production requirements.

Perform other production and manufacturing duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous press operation experience or a strong machining background is required.

Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn production processes.

Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Must be available to work occasional Saturdays as needed to meet production demands.

Verification of high school diploma or GED

Monday– Thursday schedule with three-day weekends most weeks

Competitive starting pay of $17.00 per hour
