Line Cook Position
Seeking experienced, strong line cooks for fast-paced, high-volume, short order service restaurant. Must be able to multi-task, produce dishes consistently according to in-house standards, set-up/break down/maintain station set-ups and inventory, work cleanly and adhere to NYCDOB rules and regulations and be a team player.
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare food for service in a high-quality and timely manner
Execute and serve menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Comply with all safety and sanitation practices and procedures
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
At least 2 years line cook experience
Comprehensive understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
NYC Food Handler's Certificate and/or ServSafe is a plus
