Create Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess clients' needs and design tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their personal goals
Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to guarantee comprehensive and holistic patient care
Instruct patients and caregivers on effective therapy methods to promote continued progress at home
Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
Current active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
