Paralegal (work from home)

HumanHire has partnered with an Am Law 200 firm in D.The Paralegal will be responsible for supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, including organizing discovery, drafting filings and correspondence, conducting legal research, preparing trial notebooks, and maintaining case files.
Pay: $65,000 - $75,000/yr Base + OT & Bonus

Gather, organize, index, and manage document productions and discovery materials for pending and potential litigation
Draft legal correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests, and responses as assigned
Conduct legal research by analyzing statutes, judicial decisions, and codes, and compose abstracts summarizing transcripts and depositions
Maintain complete case files, initial filings, briefs, and legal records across assigned litigation matters
Bachelor's degree (or Associate degree with a Paralegal certificate)

• 3 to 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably within a law firm litigation practice
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, litigation support databases, and legal research tools (including cite checking and trial preparation software)
