Full-Time Physical Therapist

Registered Physical Therapist provides skilled Physical Therapy services on an intermittent basis to clients in their homes in accordance with physician orders.

Millennium Home Care (an affiliate of Millennium Healthcare, LLC) is looking for a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist to join our team. Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and gait training to improve patients' mobility, strength, balance, and pain management.

Functional Training: Assist patients in developing compensatory strategies, adaptive techniques, and assistive device training to enhance their independence in activities of daily living.

Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies to promote long-term health and well-being.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulatory standards and guidelines, including HIPAA and Medicare regulations.

Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or rehab is requested.

Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a patient-centered approach to care.
