Family Ambassador Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Conduct community tours for prospective residents and their families
Build trust and provide support to families throughout their decision-making process
Follow up with all prospects to drive move-ins and increase occupancy
Manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry through closing
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, rehab centers, and case managers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, welcoming move-in experience
