Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join a highly respected and growing law firm specializing in sophisticated family law litigation matters. Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload involving complex family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and domestic relations disputes.
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and trials.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including pleadings, motions, agreements, and discovery responses.
Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies for litigation and dispute resolution.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case updates, legal options, and litigation strategy.
Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient case management.
Ensure compliance with Washington state family law regulations and court procedures.
Manage deadlines, billing requirements, and case documentation accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active Washington State Bar license in good standing.
Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing Family Law.
Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
Experience handling complex family law and high-net-worth cases preferred.
Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
Knowledge of Washington family law procedures and court systems.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with legal support staff.
Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client advocacy.
