A Quality Engineer (DMTS) ensure that products meet the highest quality standards. Duties/Responsibilities• Provide technical assistance and support to customers, suppliers, and employees in resolving issues.• Ensures products meet the organizations and customers quality and product integrity requirements.• Provides analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process.• Identifies when failure analysis is necessary, along with providing recommendations of the corrective measures.• Analyzes data to identify trends in product quality or defects with the goal of mitigating and preventing recurrence and future defects.• Independently formulate solutions to complex, multidisciplinary problems with a deep understanding of a customer's strategic priorities.• Develop requirements for quality programs that solve their most challenging technical problems.• Subject Matter Expert in quality standards and principles with broad knowledge across related technical disciplines.• Leads large team to handle diverse quality engineering projects.• Skills/Abilities• Ability to work on cross functional teams• Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles • Familiarity with Quality Standards ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100.• EducationRequires a bachelor of Science degree an Engineering discipline.ExperienceRequires 10+ years experience in quality engineering or other engineering role.Job Location - City:CambridgeJob Location - State:MassachusettsJob Location - Postal Code:02139-3563The US base salary range for this full-time position is$100,000.00 - $275,000.00Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
