Our family-owned and operated business has 19 retail locations across Pennsylvania and Ohio, where we have been a leader in the floral industry since 1937 by providing our customers with fresh flowers and unique gifts. We are seeking new sales team associates to help us continue our mission to bring comfort and joy into people's lives, and we would love for you to come grow with us.

All positions include rotating Saturdays and occasional Sundays, as well as additional hours during major floral holiday times.

We provide a comprehensive sales training program

Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent).

Able to speak clearly with good tone and volume, especially on the telephone

Must be able to read and understand policies and apply them to a variety of circumstances

Able to handle customer concerns

Complete sales training and evaluations

Daily contact with customers in the store and on the telephone.

During contact with customers, ask appropriate questions in order to suggest suitable floral/gift products

Entering flower orders and purchases into the computer

Wrapping and packaging floral products according to current guidelines

Housekeeping/Maintaining displays - keeping shelves clean, dusting, sweeping floors, restocking, watering, pricing, etc., We do Pre-Employment Drug Testing
