Job Description Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities in Prescott Valley, AZ.

Licensed Occupational Therapist.
Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S. in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA.
This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
