Service Porter

We are seeking a Service Porter to play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the service department. You will be responsible for performing a variety of duties as they relate to the upkeep of vehicles: including maintaining the cleanliness and readiness in appearance of vehicles, and transporting vehicle and customers.

Flexible Working Hours

• Health Insurance
• Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed.

Installs protective coverings (seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, etc.) and tags in all vehicles brought in for service.

Services vehicles with gas, oil, and water.

Helps maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.

Helps maintain shop cleanliness, including windows, doors, floors, etc.

Transports customers to and from their home when needed and requested.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Basic computer and internet skills.
