Job Description Direct Support Professional (DSP) Weekend Overnight | $21.60–$24.60/hour
Location assignments are first come, first served based on available openings.
Saturday: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
21.60/hour base rate
$About the Position Rimland is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional DSPs to support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.
Supporting independence and social skills
Providing companionship
Community outings and activities
Supporting individual goals
No prior DSP experience required. Paid training is provided.
Health and life insurance after 90 days

• Paid CPR, First Aid, AED, CPI, and other training
• Fingerprint background check

Original high school diploma, GED, or college transcript
