One of LSC's senior living communities, Trinity Grove, is seeking full-time and part-time LPNs. As an LPN at Trinity Grove, you will play a crucial role in providing care to residents under the supervision of their attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services. Administering and documenting medication and treatments accurately.
Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions.
Carrying out various nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and administering respiratory treatments.
Supervising the nursing team and fostering a supportive environment.
Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
