Our Infusion Centers are staffed with registered nurses (RNs) experienced in the handling and the administration of chemotherapy and the latest drugs used to treat cancer and other conditions. Medical treatment in our infusion centers include but are not limited to: Immunoglobulin Therapy; Therapeutic Phlebotomy; Biological Therapies; Be a part of the multi-disciplinary team where relationships are highly valued, and nurses build trusting bonds with their patients.

Shift Details:

Days with hours varying based on the needs of the department with floating to network infusion centers as needed. Full time, 40 hours per week

Part time, less than 40 hours per week

Per Diem (if available), minimum of 2 shifts/month

Formulates collaborative and individualized plan of care and identifies expected patient outcomes, using the nursing process and prioritizes patient care consistently utilizing available resources cooperatively with ancillary, nursing and other patient-team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice.

Provide comprehensive clinical therapeutic infusion services to patients in a controlled medical setting.

Demonstrates/models the Network's Service Excellence Standards of Performance in interactions with all customers (internal and external.

Maintains confidentiality of all materials handled within the Network/ Entity as well as the proper release of information.

Complies with Network and departmental policies regarding attendance and dress code.

Training and Experience:

One-year acute care nursing experience preferred. Oncology nursing experience preferred. Basic computer skills, preferred. Within 6 months or less of employment will take the Oncology Nursing Society Chemotherapy / Biotherapy Course with successful completion of post-test. Registered Nurse with current license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania or New Jersey (Warren Campus).
