Most travel is in the greater Puget Sound Region.**Application Review and Recommendations - 25%*** Review, evaluate, and provide initial undergraduate admission recommendations based on university criteria and artistic standards (where applicable)**3. Event Attendance - 15%*** Support and actively participate in programs and events engaging prospective First Year, Transfer, Post Baccalaureate, and Pre College students, their families, community organizations, college counselors, and advisors.* Evening and weekend work required, especially in fall and spring.**Other Duties - 15%*** Manage and work on assigned project areas throughout the year.**Bachelor's Degree (4-year) in a relevant field.**Experience**Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience, or a combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of the job.**A commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and supporting diverse student populations.* Ability and willingness to travel and work evenings and weekends as necessary.* Preferred Qualifications*** Speaks, writes, and reads one of the following languages: Spanish, Vietnamese, Somali, Mandarin, Tagalog, Amharic, or Tigrinya, and is interested in utilizing language skills to serve prospective students and families in the college search process.* Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and federal and state privacy laws.* Experience using an ERP and CRM, specifically Workday and Technolutions Slate CRM.* Knowledge of financial aid trends and issues.* Experience working with diverse young adult and youth populations.* Physical DemandsThis position performs work in an office environment. Compensation at a Glance**$52,000 - $55,000 Seattle University has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, and not based on a candidate’s gender or any other protected status.
