As a Crew Member, you’ll:

Greet customers with a smile and ensure they have a positive experience.

Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and ready for service.

Strong interpersonal skills—you treat customers and coworkers respectfully.

Someone who notices the little things, like refilling supplies or stepping in when help is needed.

The ability to stand and move for most (if not all) of your shift.

Comfortable with handling weather‑related tasks, like taking out trash in the rain or working the drive‑thru during summer.

Able to use a headset, cash register, and restaurant equipment while following company standards and safety guidelines.
