At Mass General Brigham Home Care, you'll step outside clinic walls and into meaningful, one-on-one carehelping patients regain mobility, independence, and confidence where it matters most: at home. As a Physical Therapist, you'll have the independence to use your clinical judgment, manage your schedule, and build meaningful relationships with patients, without giving up the support of a strong team. You'll work with a diverse urban patient population, helping people meet their goals in the environment where they live every day.

A schedule that works for you: Full-time, MondayFriday with no evenings, 56 visits per day, and the autonomy to manage your own schedule and appointments.

Dedicated Admission PT support: Dedicated Admission Physical Therapists support new patients coming into the service line and help establish their plan of care, allowing you to focus more of your time on ongoing patient visits.

Scheduling coordinators, liaisons, and other support services help with the administrative and coordination needs of care, allowing you to spend more time focused on your patients.

Weekly interdisciplinary pod meetings, monthly team meetings, and quarterly in-person team days help keep the team connected.

Ongoing training, education, and opportunities to collaborate across disciplines.

A strong start matters Home care can be a big transition, especially if you're coming from a hospital or outpatient setting. Our onboarding is designed to help you feel prepared and confident working independently in the community. You'll also have ongoing opportunities for training, education, and professional development.

Your time matters, too Your schedule includes dedicated time for documentation, chart review, visit preparation, and care coordination. Our MGB electronic documentation system gives you easy access to doctors' notes and orders, helping make communication and care coordination more seamless.

Your safety matters Because our clinicians work independently in the community, we provide safety resources to support you in the field, including:

What you'll do As a Physical Therapist, you'll provide one-on-one care in patients' homes, helping them improve mobility, safety, and independence. Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans

Provide PT focused on mobility, strength, balance, and function

Track progress and adjust care as needed

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

At least one year of experience in acute care, rehab, or home care as a Physical Therapist

Current registration with the Massachusetts Board of Registration

Willingness to travel throughout Mass General Brigham Healthcare at Home's geographic area
