ResponsibilitiesBusiness & HR Strategy Implementation & Influence

Support development and execution of a human resources strategy and services that corresponds with the company's goals to strengthen and sustain the company.

Uphold Bath and Body Works values and standards of conduct by managing and resolving high volume, escalated HR matters including associate inquiries and concerns, crisis & emergency support, conflict resolution, AP dispositions, and HR investigations in a timely fashion and within guidelines.

Provides advice and counsel to associates and people leaders on associate relations, absence management and performance management.

Identify and assess trends and risk within organization to drive initiatives, policy improvements and overall culture.

Collaborate with Associate Connect leaders, HR Business Partners and people leaders on associate relations, performance management and trends impacting area of support.

Ensure policies, procedure and practices are adhered to in compliance with federal, state, and/or municipal laws

Deliver Best-in-Class HR experience to associates using effective communication through high volume interactions face-to-face, by phone and through written channels.

Support and complete HR and change initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment.

2+ years of experience in a Human Resources function

Expert in managing associate relations, performance management, case management, and other people strategies.

Ability to collaborate and work across multiple business units, buildings and geographic markets

Proficient and up to date in current HR technology, systems and analytics

Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated ability to deescalate highly emotional situations

Bachelor's degree preferred
