Maintenance Worker**

• *What You'll Be Doing as a Maintenance Worker:**

• Perform year-round maintenance and repairs to commercial facilities
• Inspect buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs and recommend repairs

+ Complete light carpentry projects, including:

• Drywall repairs
• Complete routine plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance and minor repairs
• Repair and adjust locks, door hinges, cabinets, desks, closets, and other building fixtures
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine when specialized contractors are needed
• Available Shifts:**

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

**High school diploma or GED required

• Six months to one year of facility or building maintenance experience required
• Associate degree in Carpentry, Building Maintenance, or a related field is a plus
• Experience performing routine electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and preventive maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and perform repairs independently
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
