Join a team that is actively designing and developing next-generation capabilities while working directly with an international customer to deliver mission-critical solutions.THE WORKAs the Chief Engineer, you will own the technical baseline of the system and provide technical leadership across systems engineering, software, integration, infrastructure, and cyber activities for a complex system of systems. You will ensure the appropriate engineering rigor, processes, and technical discipline are applied throughout program execution.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish system architecture and CONOPS, perform system trades and analysis, flow down the architecture and CONOPS into requirements and interfaces, and support verification planning.Ensure the logical and detailed conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions.Effectively communicate technical decisions and challenges to program, subcontractor, customer management, and executive leadership.Participate in developing and executing critical development program reviews, including System Design Reviews (SDR), software demonstrations, and formal customer reviews.Drive system performance, integration, and test activities, culminating in final system certification across multiple customer sites.Travel regularly to the United Arab Emirates to support customer engagement, program execution, and technical collaboration.Our teams partner closely with international customers to modernize critical defense systems through innovative engineering, secure architectures, and advanced software solutions.We are committed to technical excellence, collaboration, and delivering solutions that strengthen our customers' mission readiness while building long-term strategic partnerships.WHO YOU AREYou are an experienced technical leader who enjoys solving complex systems engineering challenges and guiding multidisciplinary teams through all phases of program execution.You excel at balancing technical excellence with customer engagement, are comfortable making critical engineering decisions, and enjoy collaborating with domestic and international stakeholders.
