Psychiatrist - Outpatient
Location: St. Louis, Missouri
Compensation: $195,000-$295,000 annually

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $195,000 - $295,000 (commensurate with experience)
Student Loan Repayment: Up to $110,000

EPIC EMR

Choose between a 4-day or 5-day work week
Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care
Treat adults, children, or both based on your comfort and experience
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of primary care and behavioral health professionals
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
Participate in crisis intervention, counseling, and patient education as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications

MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Psychiatry
Active Missouri medical license (or ability to obtain)
Experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred
Comfortable treating a diverse patient population
Compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered approach
