Job Description
Delphi Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a rural New Mexico hospital as a Night Hospitalist.

This is an excellent opportunity for physicians looking for a low-volume nocturnist position with strong overnight support, flexible scheduling, and an outstanding work-life balance.

Position Highlights

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)

Flexible schedules available:

7 on / 7 off

10 on / 10 off

14 on / 14 off

W2 or 1099 employment

One-year contract

Anticipated start: October 1, 2026

Clinical Practice

12-bed inpatient unit

Average of only 13 admissions per night

Telemedicine physician support available overnight

Family Medicine physicians may manage pediatric and OB patients

Internal Medicine physicians are encouraged to apply; telemedicine pediatric support is available when needed

No ICU currently, with plans to add a 3-bed open ICU in the near future

Compensation

Approximately $175/hour
