REMOTE POSITION / CLAIMS PROCESSOR

The Claims Assistant will support the claims staff in the set-up and administration of workers’ compensation claims/case management and other tasks depending on the specificcustomer needs.

This is a remote role.

Sets up new claims

Process mail, handle files (until paperless), and input notes/diary entries in the claims system

Assist claims examiners with telephone calls including provider, claimant and customer calls

PC literate, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

High school diploma, college degree preferred

Six (6) months of service oriented office experience preferred

Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Pay Range: $13.38 - $23.42 per hour
