Human Resources Generalist - Payroll/Recruitment (Full Time)

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees HR related questions and concerns.

Administer HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, terminations, offboarding, and exit interviews.
Support recruitment efforts: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and coordinating new hire paperwork.
Partner with management on employee relations issues, coaching, and performance improvement.
Maintain accurate employee files, HRIS records, and compliance documentation.
Contribute to HR programs and initiatives that support engagement, retention, and organizational goals.
Coordinate and track compliance training, certifications, and workplace safety requirements.
Prepare reports and analysis on HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Oversee payroll processing, timekeeping, and tracking of contingent labor hours.
Administer unemployment insurance (UI) claims and respond to agency requests.
Conduct and document workplace investigations in accordance with policies.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, and payroll systems.
Proven experience in benefits administration, payroll, compliance tracking, and unemployment claims.
Full-time, onsite position with consistent schedule.
