Are you an experienced customer service professional who loves animals and enjoys building relationships with people? Join the team at East Brook Animal Hospital as a Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)!
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping both pets and the people who love them. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communication
Process medical records, notes, and client information accurately
Support veterinarians and technicians through effective communication
Provide compassionate support during emotionally sensitive situations
1 or more years of veterinary receptionist, veterinary assistant, or animal care experience
~ Experience working in a veterinary hospital or animal-related field

Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple software systems
Full-time opportunity

• Flexible scheduling based on hospital needs
• Saturday availability required
