Facility Handy Person Part Time

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a PART-TIME FACILITIES CLEANING TECHNICIAN for an educational customer in the Greater Cincinnati / College Hill area . Ideal candidate will be highly dependable, committed to being on site daily to support general facility operations, able to provide cleaning services to the highest standard with a qualified and skilled team. Qualified candidate will have commercial cleaning experience and will have reliable transportation to work. If you enjoy supporting a dedicated customer facing team, this role could be a perfect fit for you. Schedules: 4 Hour Shift, 4pm-8pm M-F ($16-$17.50/hour). Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are performed
Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly
Support laundry facility function
Periodic special facility team projects
Commercial janitorial experience a plus!
Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations
