Head of Real Estate Marketing

C. based restaurant company. We create original concepts and help real estate developers, hoteliers and commercial property owners enhance the value of their food and beverage real estate. Privately owned, it is led by industry veterans Desmond Reilly, Kristopher Carr, and Stu Damon. Founded in 1998 and repurposed in 2013, SRG's core business is the development and operations of three restaurant concepts, The Walrus Oyster & Ale House, CHICKEN + WHISKEY, and doi moi all located in the greater Washington, D.SRG is currently executing its full service and fast casual growth strategy.

Exciting new position at a growing restaurant group in the greater Washington DC Metro area. This position is being created as we continue to expand our marketing in-house team. This position will report to our managing principal, Des Reilly, and will play a key role in the marketing and promotions for our restaurants. Our three restaurant brands are Walrus Oyster & Ale House, Chicken + Whiskey, and Doi Moi.

Monitor all marketing metrics (sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, promotions)
Builds Guest Database
Marketing Coordination and Production
Website Updates/Google Updates/Yelp Updates
Collateral Creation and Store Placement (not design but works with Project 607)
Update Employees on all marketing initiatives (promotions, campaigns)
Position Requirements Strong creative writing skills
Copy writing experience
Skills to lead a team and manager marketing department personnel
